Our Approach

Converge Behavioral Services, LLC is a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience serving developmentally diverse learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI), Deafblindness, Charge Sndrome, Angelman’s Syndrome, Down Syndrome, and a wide range of learning differences.

We are committed to tailoring an individual program for each and every family. This is achieved by utilizing only evidence-based practices and techniques consistent with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to meet the current and future needs of all of our clients. Our team has been trained in a variety of research-based strategies enabling us to fit the learning program around the learner instead of forcing them to fit into a “one-sized fits all” approach.

Our Strategy: Working Together

We are dedicated to keeping our caseloads small. Small caseloads allow our behavior analysts the opportunity to maximize their facilitation of effective ABA services for every child receiving therapy from Converge Behavioral Services. We work with parents, caregivers, schools, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, vision specialists, and a variety of community members to collaborate with everyone on implementing the strategies and techniques we use. We believe in having parents and family members actively engaged in their child’s therapy. Actively engaged families see the most progress in their child’s goals, and their goals as a family.

We focus on creating and building the skills that are integral to areas of development necessary to create lifelong positive change for the child, family, and community.
